The goal is to turn a confirmed message into a useful planner entry while handling updates and cancellations. Messages with incomplete or conflicting information go to a clarification queue.

- The development project includes Gmail OAuth and structured extraction paths.
- Fixture tests cover appointment and shipment recognition, updates, cancellations, and duplicate handling.
- The project includes an Expo app and a Node.js development backend.
Work in progress
Hosted inbox processing and closed-app iPhone notification delivery still need end-to-end verification. Automatic SMS access remains a separate development item.
